Although most of us know on how to register it, some of them are lacking of information out there. So I decided to take this opportunity and write a blog post on How to Get Started with P1 WiMAX.

First of all you need to check whether your place has P1 WiMAX coverage and which plan you are going to pick. For that you can go through the link below.

Secondly you need to register with Packet One for P1 WiMAX. For that, there are three options to be chosen. It is:-

Register Online

      i.Fill in the Register Interest Online form.

    ii.P1 WiMAX representative will contact you to make an appointment.

Register through Phone

    Simply call P1 Careline at 1-300-800-888 from 8am to 11pm, Monday to Friday.

Register via walk-in in P1 Centre

   Office Hours: 9a.m to 9p.m (including public holidays)

   P1 are located at:

           P1 Centre,
           Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.,
           Packet Hub, Level G,
           159, Jalan Templer,
           46050 Petaling Jaya,
           Selangor, Malaysia

And finally you need to do your payment. P1 accepts payments such as:-

• Online Payment - Credit Card - Visa / MasterCard, EON Bank, CIMB Bank, Citibank, Maybank2u, MBF Credit Cards,UOB / Other Banks Credit Card
• Over-the-Counter / Cheque Deposit Box / Machine - Maybank, OCBC, HSBC and Selected Petronas Stations
• Phone-In Payment - Please call P1 Customer Care Line at 1-300-800-888 (Working hours: Daily from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m).
• Mail - Cheque’s only. Please mail to P1.Com Sdn. Bhd., P.O. Box 50, Jalan Kelang Lama, 58700 Kuala Lumpur
• Auto Debit/Autopay
