During the PC Fair, the biggest hype of it was of course PC Fair Booth Babes (the excitement of PC Fair…-:P). Other than that second hype of this PC Fair was WiMax. By now each of everyone should know what WiMax is, how it works and about its trial run which currently tested by some users from selected residents in the Kuala Lumpur city centre and Bukit Bintang, Pekeliling, Setapak, Gombak, Seri Rampai, Sentul, Pudu, and parts of Subang Jaya.

The most common question everyone asking now is, when P1 WiMax will be launched. This question was answered on last Tuesdays, Star Paper in the in-Tech section under the news ”P1’s hop, skip and jump” by Michael Lai, CEO of P1. P1 will be holding an event on the 19^th Aug 2008 to announce about the price, speeds and the packages. The expected prices are range from RM60 and RM160 per month now for speeds that range from 384Kbps to 4Mbps. This means you can choose the package which suits you the best which depends on the bandwidth.
